The British Red Cross educates people in life-saving skills, enabling them to respond to emergencies in their communities.
Every year, hundreds of thousands of people are involved in accidents in the course of their everyday lives. This can be frightening, but often serious injuries can be prevented by first aid knowledge.
We run courses and talks to members of the public, groups and schools. Open from the age of five and up, courses vary in length from two to 28 hours.
Please refer to how to book a course once you are ready.
