Home from hospital in Borders

We have volunteers working in your local community who are prepared to give a few hours a week to:

  • Help you settle back into your routine at home after a spell in hospital and take you shopping
  • Provide companionship for an hour or so
  • Perhaps collect a prescription
  • Help you back into your friendship circle.

Our volunteers could be a real help to someone just out of hospital or maybe they can give just enough support to prevent admission in the first place.
