Inclusive first aid tips

These audio/visual first aid resources were produced to accompany our inclusive first aid courses. Please feel free to use them. If you haven't already been on a course, get in touch with your local inclusive first aid project co-ordinator.

First aid training audio clips

The British Red Cross has made a series of audio first aid training clips available for you to listen to or download. Whether you're a seasoned first aid expert, or a first aid novice, you'll hopefully find these clips useful.

To listen to a clip now, just click on the relevant link below. You can also download these clips to your computer or MP3 player by saving the file. Can't play the files? Order a copy of the first aid clips on CD, or read the transcription of the clips.Photo of a two men holding their noses 1 © BRC/ Layton Thompson

In addition to the audio clips, the British Red Cross has also produced a 16 page, A4 first aid booklet that uses pictures and clear language to describe basic first aid skills, CPR, recovery position, bleeding, burns, choking and nosebleeds. It was developed in partnership with MENCAP and people with learning difficulties.
