WedgwoodBritish Red Cross charity shops across the country are offering Wedgwood china enthusiasts an opportunity to complete their collections of some of the company’s most sought-after brands – including Royal Doulton, Minton and Mason.
The stock is going on sale from today and will include items from lines that have been discontinued over the years and are now unavailable elsewhere, including pieces by designers Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang, Clarice Cliff and Jasper Conran.
The stock is going on sale in 27 British Red Cross shops across the country over the next few weeks (see below for shop details).
Completing your Wedgwood collection
“This really is a coup for the British Red Cross, and great for the thousands of Wedgwood enthusiasts who cherish the brand,” said Paul Thompson, head of retail for the Red Cross.
“Some of the pieces we have just cannot be found anywhere else, so if people need to replace broken items or have unfinished sets they want to complete, this is a great chance for them to make that happen.
“In completing their sets, people will also be helping the British Red Cross continue its work helping vulnerable people in the UK and around the world, despite the recession.”
