Our annual Humanitarian Citizen Awards celebrate the contribution that young individuals and groups make to the lives of others – so nominate someone today.
Sometimes ordinary young people do extraordinary things. They may not wear masks or capes, but every day young heroes across the UK make a big effort to improve the lives of others.
They help in many different ways – for example, by giving first aid, befriending vulnerable people, fundraising or campaigning for a worthy cause.
Inspiring young people
Our annual Humanitarian Citizen Awards celebrate the contribution that young individuals and groups make to the lives of others. If you know a young person or group that you think deserves recognition, then nominate someone today – it only takes a couple of minutes.
The closing date for nominations is Friday 25 September. In November, all lucky short-listed nominees will be invited down to London for an exclusive awards ceremony where the overall winners will be announced.
Emma Johns, humanitarian citizen award co-ordinator, added: “The awards have been running for four years now, and all our previous nominees have shown a fabulous dedication and commitment.”
She added: “Our previous winners, in particular, have proved themselves to be outstanding humanitarians – and I’m sure this year’s nominees will be every bit as inspiring.”
