Mountain Bike Challenge

Take part in this exhilarating 23-mile challenge on an exciting and technical route often used for major championships.

Due to popular demand, the mountain bike challenge returns to Dalby Forest, near Pickering in the North York Moors National Park this autumn. The challenging and exhilarating 23 mile Red Route - often used for championship racing - is highly rated, having been specially designed by the Forestry Commission to ensure the optimum mountain bike experience.

This exciting route has a variable terrain of single track with sections of forest road, technical trail features (including rock gardens) and north shore style, steep climbs and descents. Experience, good bike-handling skills and a high level of fitness are required.
