Join our team for the UK's biggest outdoor swimming event.
Lake Windermere, one of the most picturesque lakes in the UK, will again stage the British Gas Great North Swim in 2012. This is the perfect challenge for all swimming abilities, from first timers to Olympic Champions. Entries for the 2011 event filled within six weeks, making it the biggest swimming event ever to be staged in Britain with 10,000 participants.
The event will be held across three days & is a one mile swim.
