How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery charges vary based on the total value of your order. Find out more about our charges and delivery policy in general.

I'd like to return something I bought. What's your policy?

Generally we are happy to accept returns subject to certain conditions. Please review our returns policy for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

For online and telephone orders, we accept all switch, debit and credit cards, except Diners Card, American Express, Solo and Electron. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any other form of payments.

For postal orders on a British Red Cross printed catalogue, we do accept personal cheques. Please make them payable to the “British Red Cross”.

What will you do with my money?

All profits made from the sale of British Red Cross products will go towards providing unconditional care to people in crisis, both across the world and around the corner.

Do I have to buy your website products online?

No, you can also place your order via telephone by calling 0844 89 300 89. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Please have your switch, debit, or credit card number ready along with the codes of the products you wish to order (as shown on the website).

Other than online, do you sell your products anywhere else?

The British Red Cross has more than 330 shops all over the UK that sell a wide range of second hand goods, new items, gifts and cards.

Some of the products on the online shop are available in our high street shops, but please contact them directly to check. Independent living products are only available from our independent living centres and not from our high street stores.

Where can I find out more about independent living products?

Staff at our independent living shop in Leicester are able to give you expert advice on our product ranges from walking sticks and continence products to bathlifts, mobility scooters and rise-and-recline chairs.

Our independent living shop sells many of the products available on our online shop, but carries a greater choice with more than 1500 products to make life easier for people with disabilities.
