Haiti earthquake 2010

A devastating earthquake measuring 7.3 on the Richter scale struck Haiti on 12 January 2010. The Haitian government estimates that 1.3 million people were displaced by the earthquake and more than 200,000 people died. The earthquake, which hit the capital Port-au-Prince and nearby areas, is reported to be the worst quake to strike the country in 200 years. Find out how we're helping.
