First Aid Challenge

Are you ready to try our three simple challenges that could help save a life? Sign up now to get a range of benefits – including £5 off a course and first aid updates.

Almost all parents agree they should have some basic first aid knowledge, but two thirds just don’t feel confident. That's why we’re challenging them to join in our nationwide drive to learn first aid. There are three main ways to get involved:

1. Learn first aid online.
2. Take a first aid course.
3. Ask your local school if they teach first aid.

No matter how much (or little) time you have, we can help you learn simple life-saving skills that could make all the difference in an emergency.

Why sign up?

● £5 off a first aid for baby and child course.
● £3 off First Aid Fast for babies and children manual.
● Monthly first aid newsletter, receive regular first aid updates, tips and stories.
● Downloadable first aid factsheet.

Help others take the challenge

We want you to literally step up to our challenge and encourage others to get involved. Why not plan a group first aid course, encourage friends and family to use our free online learning resource or ask your local school to help pupils learn first aid? Please share this page with your friends and family and encourage them to sign up too.

“Children don’t come with an instruction manual, and the level of responsibility you have for your child can be quite daunting. We all mean to learn first aid at some point, so let’s do it now. By taking part in the First Aid Challenge, you'll learn skills that could save a life.”
