First aid on the curriculum

Smiling young children in a classroomThe British Red Cross is committed to ensuring that schoolchildren of all ages have an opportunity to learn first aid skills.

We have long called for the right of every child to be able to access first aid learning as part of the school curriculum. In support of this, we published a policy report  that outlined the case for the inclusion of first aid education in UK schools.
