You can also borrow toilet aids such as commodes, raised toilet seats and frames.

How much does it cost to hire a wheelchair or toilet aid?
There is no charge to hire a wheelchair or other toilet aids, although we do encourage donations to help us provide this service.
We charge a small fee for the commode pots. This covers the parts that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to collect and return your wheelchair
In most cases you will need to visit your local mobility aids service to collect and return a wheelchair or toilet aid. If you need to arrange a home delivery, please find your local team using the button above, and telephone them to enquire about delivery.
Mobility aids in London
We are currently trialling mobility aids collection in south London.
For north London, you can search for locations in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex. Each enquiry will be dealt with on a case by case basis, but we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery of the service in this area.
