Which price do I pay?

Many items are shown with two prices. The lower price is the VAT zero-rated price and appears in brackets. Products designed specifically for the relief of a chronic illness or disability may be purchased, by those eligible, at the VAT zero-rated price.

When only one price is shown, this means that the product is not eligible for VAT zero-rating and everyone must pay the VAT at the current rate.

You qualify for the zero-rated price if the product is being purchased by, or on behalf of, a person who is chronically ill or disabled and is for their personal use. The product should also be relevant to the disability or chronic illness.

If you qualify for the VAT zero-rated price, you must sign the VAT declaration at the bottom of the order form.
