Red Cross Appeal Week

This Red Cross Appeal Week, help us respond to emergencies both at home and abroad.

The British Red Cross is a sign of hope for thousands of vulnerable people each year. We make sure that no one need face a crisis alone.

That’s what Red Cross Appeal Week (3 – 9 May 2009) is all about. Through rain or shine, the British Red Cross supports people during their most difficult times, from a large-scale emergency to a personal crisis.

How your donation could help:

Foil blanket
£5 could pay for two foil blankets for evacuees of an emergency in the UK
First Aid kit
£10 could train one person in life-saving first aid skills
Water buckets
£80 could provide treatment to over 250 people affected by cholera
