What is Dance: Make Your Move?

Want to get involved in the UK's most exciting charity dance event?

There are two ways to make your moves count for people in crisis:

  • Join our competition: Dancers of all abilities aged four to 18 can take part in our Dance: Make Your Move competition with the chance to go through to the Grand Final at Indigo at The O2 in London's docklands! Groups create a dance based around the work of the Red Cross here in the UK or around the world, get fundraising and then perform on stage in front of family and friends at one of our events across London and the surrounding areas.

Need some inspiration for your dance or have any questions about taking part?

  • Plan your own dance event: Hold your own dance event in aid of the Red Cross - from dance-a-thons to schools discos, cultural dance showcases to sponsored Zumba classes - there are lots of ways your moves can make a real difference to the lives of people in crisis. You could join hundred of dancers around the world and hold your own dance event on 29 April 2017 to celebrate International Dance Day or simply pick a date that suits you best.
