Feedback about our Independent Living services

Anyone who uses our services is given the opportunity to give anonymous feedback on their experience.

The British Red Cross is committed to asking the NHS friends and family test (FFT) of all of its services, regardless of NHS funding into that service.

Early May 2016 saw the roll-out of new feedback forms for all Independent Living Services including the FFT questions, giving all of the people we help the option to give feedback anonymously.
