Norfolk Older Peoples Outreach

Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk

The Older Peoples Outreach Service offers free short-term practical support for up to two years to older residents in North, South and West Norfolk to enable people to remain safe and independent in their own home. Trained staff and volunteers can support people to arrange for home repairs, access health and legal services, manage benefit claims, take part in community activities, explore housing options and much more.


The Older Peoples Outreach Service in Norfolk will be ceasing on 31st August 2017, therefore we will no longer be taking referrals.
