Community navigator service Denbighshire


The service supports citizens of Denbighshire to access information, advice and assistance from statutory and voluntary agencies and to enable them to maintain their independence and prevent escalation of need. It also offers positive encouragement, practical help and emotional support. The service is open to all adult citizens of Denbighshire.
