Community-based healthcare is Afghan lifeline

British Red Cross volunteers and staff are running a rest centre in South London for residents affected by the fire that swept through a Camberwell tower block on Friday afternoon. As the country basks in summer sunshine, cool down at one of our swimming events. Jump out of the pool and into open water for swims in Scotland, London or Suffolk. As conflict continues in Afghanistan and public health suffers, we are supporting vulnerable people through community-based healthcare.
