First aid

The British Red Cross educates people in life-saving skills, enabling them to respond to emergencies in their communities.

We can deliver first aid training as awareness sessions or as a first aid course. The training is arranged to meet the needs of the candidates. Find out more about the certificated first aid courses available

We particularly want to develop the training of:

  • communities affected by rural isolation
  • communities affected by high rates of heart disease
  • people with special needs
  • parents
  • carers
  • homeless people

To discuss your training needs please contact Salma Mumtaz - Learning & Development Assistant on smumtaz@redcross.org.uk or 01905 450419.

If you have decided on the course which is right for you, you can apply online.  Please complete the public first aid course booking form.
