Care in the home

We provide short-term care and support in the home for people after an accident or illness, giving them the confidence to continue their daily lives. This service can be provided following a stay in hospital or to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.

Service users must be over 18 and live in postcode SN1- SN6, SN25 or SN26 in the Swindon area. Please contact Ann Mortimor, service co-ordinator to discuss eligibility.
