Fundraising Standards Board

FRSB LogoWe are members of the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB) self-regulatory scheme. The FRSB works to ensure that organisations raising money from the public do so honestly and properly. As members of the scheme, we aim to adhere to the Fundraising Standards Board Fundraising Promise and the Codes of Fundraising Practice, as established by the Institute of Fundraising.
The Fundraising Promise is our commitment to the public that when we fundraise we aim to follow the highest standards of best practice and ensure that all our fundraising activities are open, legal and fair. It states the standards a donor can expect from fundraisers and organisations before, during and after the processing of the gift, be it a spontaneous donation of loose change or a substantial sum committed over many years.
If you have any queries about donating to the British Red Cross then please email us at supportercare@redcross.org.uk or ring 0844 87 100 87.
