Stephen K Amos

Comedian Stephen K Amos has hosted a number of events for the Red Cross including our recent celebrity awareness-raiser.

He has an interest in our work with refugees and hopes to profile our work around Refugee week by headlining our big comedy fundraiser in Glasgow.

Steve says: "As a supporter of the British Red Cross I can tap into a huge range of knowledge and expertise that helps towards my understanding of these issues. It gives me an opportunity to act and make a small difference, however I can." 

Steve recently performed for the queen at the Royal Variety Performanc and received a BAFTA for Batty Man, a TV documentary he presented about homophobia.
