Interviews from Indonesia

Three days after a devastating earthquake in Sumatra, Indonesia, the British Red Cross deployed an emergency response unit.
The four-person team was led by Jamie Richardson. Before being deployed, he said: “It’s always challenging to arrive in the immediate aftermath of a disaster, but you just need to get on with it and get the relief moving."Man standing in front of painting of Red Cross flag
After a month in the field, Jamie's team was relieved by a second team of logistics experts led by Dan Sanger. Listen to a series of interviews from the field, to find out what the team did in Padang, Sumatra.
