Sophie Tea's work with the Red Cross

Artist Sophie Tea has been a longstanding supporter of our work. During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, she and actor Russell Tovey launched an art competition to find the UK’s “hidden lockdown artist”. The prize was to have their art featured on our  “I have the power” merchandise.

In May 2025, Sophie celebrated the British Red Cross’ ‘Here for Humanity’ garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show by designing an exclusive tote bag with all profits coming to the British Red Cross. She also carried out a shop takeover at the British Red Cross shop in Chelsea, where she painted the shop window and created original artwork.
