First aid courses for organisations that support vulnerable people
The British Red Cross offers first aid learning to organisations that support vulnerable people, such as those who are homeless, people living with drug or alcohol addiction, and older people aged 65 and over.
People in these groups are more likely to be injured or become ill suddenly, or come into contact with someone needing help. Therefore it’s vital that they, or those close to them, can act in a first aid emergency.
Our experienced first aid trainers have helped people learn at heart attack and stroke survivor groups, domestic violence support agencies and family refuges, sheltered housing units and many more.
