Writing your own will can be complicated. It can lead to mistakes that could make your will invalid, especially if you have multiple beneficiaries or a complex financial situation. By using a solicitor or professional will-writing service, you can be sure your will is correct and legally valid.
If you decide to write your own will, you’ll need to ensure it’s legally binding, which means it will need to be signed and witnessed by two adults who are not beneficiaries.
