This garden is split onto two levels joined together by a rockery and a small waterfall with two ponds. It is mostly laid out to lawn with flower borders, a small shrubbery and a patio with table and chairs. The gardens also hosts two greenhouses. Open from permission of Mr & Mrs Allen.

Holly Tree Cottage:
A typical country cottage garden with seating areas. Borders with herbaceous, shrubs and roses. Front garden has many borders with beds containing herbaceous, shrubs, roses, annuals and perennials with a good sized central lawn. The back garden comprises a vegetable garden with blackcurrants, redcurrants, strawberries and raspberries. Open with permission of Mr & Mrs Allen.

Ouse Bank Cottage:
A bird and bee friendly south facing garden, beds of perennials, hostas, roses and a small vegetable patch. An English country garden. The garden is only five years old, as it made level and designed by the owner’s daughter, it is fully cultivated and maintained by the owners. In this bird and bee friendly garden there is a summer house and plenty of seats to have a rest. Friendly owners with plenty of knowledge about the plants in the garden.
