The spectacular and unusual Stody Lodge Gardens near Holt is well-known for the sheer intensity of its planting. Covering 14 acres, it is a carefully planned riot of colour on a grand scale with an extensive collection of rhododendrons and azaleas, magnolias and camellias. It offers tall avenues of beautiful blooms, peaceful woodland walkways and quiet areas to reflect and relax. A visit also includes a walk around Stody’s 4-acre Azalea Water Gardens which is believed to be the largest single planting of stunning azalea mollis in the country

There are also delicious homemade teas and an excellent plant stall.

Wheelchair access is provided to most areas of the garden.
