Tote bag terms and conditions
Understand the full terms and conditions for the tote bag promotion by the British Red Cross.
- By submitting this form, you are confirming that you are above 18 years of age and are consenting to the British Red Cross calling you on the number provided to arrange delivery of your free tote bag. We will also tell you more about the work of British Red Cross and ask for support. There is no obligation to give.
- This promotion is only open to UK residents and tote bag can only be posted to addresses in the UK.
- Only one tote bag per person.
- Tote bag will be available while stocks last.
- Tote bag cannot be exchanged for the equivalent monetary value. Following the call, the delivery of the tote bag is expected to take around 15 working days. However, this could be slightly longer, depending on the level of demand.
- We will attempt to contact you to arrange delivery of the tote bag however, in the event that we are unable to do so for whatever reason, the British Red Cross shall bear no responsibility for any failed attempts and neither shall it have any liability towards you for not being contacted or for not receiving your tote bag.
- We will endeavour to deliver the tote bag to your address but cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged items after it has been sent out for delivery.
- This promotion is expected to run from 17/02/25-21/08/26. However, the British Red Cross reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

- If you would like to receive the tote bag without a call from us please email your name, and postal address and what item and design you would like (‘Here for humanity’/peace sign badge, or ‘Where’s there’s humanity, there’s hope’/statement badge) to supportercare@redcross.org.uk.
- If you do not specify your preferred design in your email, items will be selected at random while stocks last.
