This month the Red Cross and Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service celebrate 20 years of working together to help people in crisis.

The British Red Cross is asking the public to help save thousands of lives by donating to our search and rescue operations.

The Red Cross is ready to start providing humanitarian aid to up to a million people expected to flee their homes in the wake of fighting in Mosul, which started this morning.

The UK government has begun to transfer the most vulnerable children from the Calais “jungle” camp ahead of the proposed demolition of the camp. We are supporting the first 14 children moving from Calais to the UK today.
