How you can help

The activities you might do can vary, but as a British Red Cross fundraising volunteer, you get to:

  • Support people at our events
    Cheer and encourage participants, welcome guests and help to run our range of fun events.
  • Raise funds for the British Red Cross
    Help us to raise money for people in crisis by collecting donations, selling tickets and more.
  • Actively promote our work
    Promote our work and values within your community so that more people can get involved.
  • Lead a fundraising group
    Coordinate fundraising activities in your community in support of the British Red Cross.

Who can get involved?

There’s no experience required and you’ll receive all the training you need to succeed.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Over 15 - keen to make a difference
  • Enthusiastic - excited to help us and our supporters
  • Committed - interested in our events and the work of the British Red Cross
  • Welcoming - ready to greet people with a warm smile and friendly outlook
