Feedback about our ambulance services

Anyone who uses our services is given the opportunity to give anonymous feedback on their experience.

The British Red Cross is committed to asking the NHS friends and family test (FFT) of all of our services, regardless of NHS funding into that service.

NHS improvement self-declaration

Following a review for the purpose of paragraph 2(b) of licence condition G6, the Directors of the Licensee are satisfied that, in the financial year most recently ended, the Licensee took all such precautions as were necessary in order to comply with condition G6. Approved by the board of directors for the British Red Cross in February 2018.

NHS-funded services in England: the results

The results below show data from our NHS funded ambulance services in England for December 2018.

These services were used by around 2,100 people in December. Approximately 3.05 per cent of people gave feedback to us.

We have a number of initiatives underway to increase the return rate to enable us to better listen to and learn from the experience of our service users.
