Quality Account 2019: an overview of the care provided by our UK services
The annual quality account (PDF) sets out the progress we’ve made in improving the quality of our services over the year. It also outlines how we will continue to work towards our aim of providing quality care and support across all our services.
In line with guidance from the NHS, we strive to report on quality indicators where appropriate. This allows us to remain transparent and proactive in developing the quality of our UK services.
Reports on defined benefit pension schemes - Statements of Investment Principles
We run two pension schemes that are now closed to new entrants. The British Red Cross is the sponsoring employer for the schemes, which are separate organisations from the charity.
Barnett Waddingham acts as scheme actuaries, administrators and investment advisers. They have provided the required assistance and advice in finalising the British Red Cross Pension Fund and the Scottish Branch British Red Cross Society Retirement Benefits Scheme reports.
