If you are happy for your child to submit their own contact details please can you add the wording "I give parental consent for the British Red Cross to receive and hold my child's consent details for the purposes of submitting a nomination" and add your name. Alternatively, you can substitute in your contact details if you prefer. Thank you very much for supporting your child to recognise someone who they think deserves the Red Cross award.
