The two to three acres of this hot, dry, sunny, south-facing garden are surrounded by pink stone walls and sub-divided into five separate compartments. The cliff garden is a three-sided quarry with old magnolias, figs and Judas trees, plus some newer acacias. There are many unusual or tender plants to spot, including eremurus, beschorneria, dendromecon, buddleia colvilei, and different varieties of echiums. The plants are provided by Wibble Farm.
