Victoria Pendleton's work with the Red Cross

Ambassador since 2019
Olympic champion Victoria Pendleton has long been a friend of the British Red Cross first working with us in 2019, supporting our work on disaster preparedness and emergency response. Her visit to Nepal offered a powerful insight into how communities rebuild after crisis, and she has continued to use her voice to highlight the importance of resilience and humanitarian support.

The child on the far left is looking into the distance and the child on the far right is looking at Victoria and the child that is laughing. There are people standing further away in the background, out of focus.

Victoria has appeared on our Crisis Conversations podcast and helped front national campaigns such as Miles for Refugees, inspiring thousands to take part. Her commitment reflects her belief in the power of collective action to help people recover and rebuild.

Victoria remains dedicated to amplifying the strength of those navigating crises, ensuring their experiences are acknowledged and understood.
