Feedback about our health and social care services

Our latest results

Anyone who uses our services is given the opportunity to give anonymous feedback on their experience.

The British Red Cross is committed to asking the NHS friends and family test (FFT) of all of our services, regardless of NHS funding into that service.

The feedback forms for our support at home and mobility aids services include the FFT questions. This gives all the people we help the option to provide feedback anonymously.
