Coronavirus work experience update

We will offer a small number of virtual one-week work experience placements for young people in July and August 2021.

The placements offer you an opportunity to gain experience and insight into the British Red Cross’ work within different departments.

How to apply for work experience

We will be accepting applications for work experience between 1 April 2021 and 1 June 2021 (please note applications made outside of these dates will not be accepted).

Please e-mail to apply, making sure you tell us the following:

  • your preferred area of interest – for example, you might want to focus on fundraising, international work, HR, finance, IT, facilities and maintenance, marketing or business development
  • why you would like to do work experience at the British Red Cross
  • send a CV if you have one.

Other work experience opportunities
