What to expect from your wheelchair delivery
- You will get an email or text on the morning of your delivery with an estimated arrival time.
- The courier will deliver it to your door or a safe place if selected. The courier will not be able to come into your home.
- Check the wheelchair when you get it and let us know if you see anything wrong with it.
- Your wheelchair will come in a box sized 85 x 60 x 70 cm (about the size of a washing machine). This box can be collapsed or flat-packed, as shown in the video below.
- Keep this box because you will need it to return your wheelchair. We may need to charge you if you don’t return it in the box.
