The Lodge itself has a small, sunny garden with a variety of topiary and perennial planting and is surrounded by tall hedging.

The Lodge’s owner is kindly allowing the Red Cross to fundraise by arranging for a local expert to give a talk on the history of Luton Hoo and its present day activities. Visitors are asked to reserve their places for the talks in advance either at 1.30, 2.20 or 3.30pm. Directions

Situated off M1 junction 10, take the slip road- onto A1081 towards Harpendon/St Albans and first exit from roundabout, straight along for a mile or so first left into West Hyde Rd. Walk/drive through black wrought iron gates.
