Kindness and wellbeing teaching resources

Resources to help children and young people build resilience, boost wellbeing and explore the importance of kindness.

Support children and young people to learn about the importance of kindness and looking after each other.

These British Red Cross resources, suitable for late KS1 and KS2, will help learners explore how resilience can help us cope with challenges and change.

Learners can also practise kindness towards others and themselves with the kindness calendar.

You can also explore our wellbeing support resources for adults.

For questions or feedback about these resources, contact us at redcrosseducation@redcross.org.uk.
