Kindness and wellbeing teaching resources

Boost student's wellbeing and build resilience by celebrating the power of kindness.

Children and young people are encouraged to learn about the importance of kindness and looking after each other with our range of resources from the British Red Cross. They will learn how to be kind to others, as well as themselves, through both acts and words of kindness. It also explores how resilience can help us to cope with any challenges and changes.

Our resources can be used for teaching kindness in schools. They include examples of and stories about kindness, as well as activities that are suitable for late KS1 and KS2 and our kindness calendar. Explore all our kindness and resilience teaching resources using the search tool below.
